The Scau liqueur, whose dialectal name recalls the traditional chestnut dryer, was born from a collaboration between our company and the Gonella Spirit artisan laboratory, to enhance the symbolic product of our valleys and pay homage to the ancient tradition of drying Garessine chestnuts. typical of our Ligurian Alps.
